There are many things for me to be thankful for this year...
I am thankful for my new job, for the people who are taking the time to help me refine my skills and making sure I maximize my efforts.
I'm thankful for those who have been reading my blog and posting encouraging comments for me to read. I'm also thankful for those who have sent me emails making sure I was doing all right when I hadn't posted in awhile.
I'm thankful for those I went to high school with. Many kept reminding me that I was a good person when it seemed that I would never find work. I'm also thankful for those in my graduating class that participated in our reunion picnic this past summer.
I'm thankful for others that communicated with me via Facebook who were always there to cheer me on.
I'm also thankful for my church family and their support. By the way, you can catch our radio program, "The Power House" at 7:30pm eastern time Monday through Friday on Faithministryradio.com. The first spoken voice you will hear on the program will be mine.
I also am very thankful for my family. They come through big time to support me this past year.
But most importantly, I thank my Lord Jesus Christ. He not only died for me, but is a guiding light and helps me one step at a time.
