Early this evening, I was riding around town on the WIXYcycle, with the WIXYcam at my side. A quiet day around Rittman, as I was snapping photos. First thing I noticed was the corn growing and I thought that was two good signs for the 4th of July: the corn was more than knee high, and the Tribe is in first place. Ducks were out in Chippewa Creek enjoying themselves, and a horse decided to pose for me.
On the way back through I went behind Rittman Middle School and looked at the area around the football stadium. Hopefully the visitors bleachers will be completed before the football season. Hopefully there will be a football season, and I will be in the press box yelling into the new public address system and my daughter, who now lives in Wadsworth will be able to hear me in her house.
And if you are in Rittman this week, stop by the Treasure Chest, where they are having an overstock sale BOGO-buy one get one free. See store for details.
